La mia bimba ha da poco compiuto i 9 mesi e ha i due dentini di sotto quelli sopra stanno per spuntare e mangia a pranzo la classica pappa con ml brodo vegetale, creme , verdure, carne o pesce Io avevo pensato di farle qualcosa di diversa tipo pure di patate o verdure cotte tagliate a pezzettini piccoli con pesce al vapore o carne tritata in modo tale che possa sentire i sapori degli alimenti. Ho paura per che sia poco a livello nutrizionale anche perche nn so in che quantita darle. Voi come avete fatto? Ecco gli esercizi per il primo trimestre.
